Conversion & fit out of a 600m2 warehouse space into a shop, boardroom, office,& amenities spaces for Blazer Menswear. A challenging yet highly rewarding project for our team that involved tight site access constraints & existing conditions removal & replacement of the asbestos roof, removal of an existing fuel tank & associated remediation of the contaminated soil. Exposed plywood express jointed ceilings, epoxy painted floor, unique high-level wall glazing details, exposed mechanical ducting/services & solar power system all combine to create an inspired space.
