Stage 3 was completed for a complete re-fit of further Laboratories and office accommodation at the Bio 21 facility in Parkville. The existing facility was vacated by Melbourne Uni in Stages with a new laboratory for CSL. This was the 3rd and final stage of a planned project over 3 years in conjunction with Bio 21, Uni Melb and Connellan Industries Australia.
